  • This course focuses on radiographic positioning and procedures for the chest and abdomen. The lab portion includes peer positioning, film critique, anatomy, and the utilization of equipment to perform procedures on phantoms.
  • This course builds on the foundation of ED7.753, Foundations of Literacy, and ED 7.733, Early Literacy:Speaking and Listening, and focuses in greater depth in the areas of emergent reading and writing. Students will become familiar with stages of development and strategies to enhance alphabet knowledge, word recognition, comprehension, and links between oral language and print.
  • Students will learn strategies for planning and implementing a developmentally appropriate early childhood education program.This course focuses on how children learn, the learning environment, and the teacher’s role in promoting development.
